Softies came to be thanks to a 10 minute group discussion. During a career day, a small group of tennagers were assigned and objective, that was to open an ice cream shop, and build a buisness plan. From there one of those kids, decided the idea was so good it had to be a reality. From there on, planning was started and brainstorming comenced. The shop was invisioned and became a reality, welcome to softies.

How do I buy your ice cream?
You can visit our Softies Shop for freshly spun scoops, pints, gelato, shaved ice cream and more! You can also order online for pickup or delivery in Pasadena. We look forward to serving you!
Is your ice cream pasteurized?
For sure! Believe it or not, all ice cream in the US must be made with a pasteurized base mix in order to be legally sold:)
Can I request a flavor?
We love Panna fan requests. Shoot us an email sofites@softiesIceCream.com to tell us what to bring back or what your dream flavor is.
Does your ice cream contain eggs?
Most of our ice creams are dairy only, and do not contain eggs. If an ice cream does contain eggs, we will list it with an (e) to let you know. And while we’re on the topic of allergens: if it contains nuts, you’ll see a (n) and if it contains gluten, a (g).
Do you carry vegan flavors?
We make a killer chocolate sorbet that is purely Amano chocolate, cocoa, water, and sugar. We also feature regular seasonal fruit sorbets. No plant milk bases here, though.
Do you ship nationwide?
We do! Check out goldbelly.com and search for us there. We rotate our 6-pack of pints every 5 weeks. That way, our nationwide Softies family can enjoy the fun of changing flavors just like our Pasadena neighbors!
